Light and delicious, especially on a summer afternoon! I got this recipe from a magazine a few months ago and made a few tweaks to it for a more healthy version...it is a big hit at my house!
Angel Food Cake Casserole Dessert
1 pkg Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 pkg Fresh Blueberries
2 Fresh Kiwi, Peeled and Sliced
1 Pre-made Angel Food Cake, Cubed
1 pkg Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 cup Milk
1 pkg Cool Whip Topping, thawed
Mix pudding and milk with the cool whip topping, mixture should be smooth when finished mixing. Add sliced fruits and chill in refrigerator for an hour. Place cubed angel food cake pieces in a 9x12" pan, top with fruit and pudding mixture and refrigerate for an additional hour.
Serve and enjoy!
