A Las Vegas Halloween

We had the honor and privilege of visiting my sister, Kristyn and her family in Las Vegas, Nevada for the Halloween holiday week. Patrick works with the Shriner's Children's Hospital Open as the Tournament Director, it was also the week of the tournament. We had so much fun watching the golf, hiking around Red Rock, shopping the streets of Downtown Summerlin, walking around the Vegas strip and celebrating Halloween with my sweet nephew, Wesley. Lincoln's 1st Halloween was one to remember.

On our dreaded flight...

Delayed in Dallas...for hours....and hours...

Finally arrived in Nevada...

Ready to enjoy a VACATION, or as Paisley and Peppa Pig loving refer to it as a HOLIDAY...

Car rides made for perfect napping conditions...

Trick or Treating in Downtown Summerlin...

We had a beautiful ballerina princess, firefighter, bumblebee and red ninja...

He was not a happy bumblebee...

They had some pretty amazing playgrounds littered throughout the city...

We hiked throughout Red Rock, it was a fun adventure...

Oh my golly, is he not the most handsome little guy ever?!?...

More park playing...

The pictures do not really do our trip any justice, we had so much fun and it was soooo needed. Life has not been easy since Lincoln joined our family, Jonathan was forced to change careers the week of his arrival but this little trip helped us take our minds off day to day life and just enjoy our family for a whole week! Hopefully, we can make it a yearly tradition.
