All Day with Mommy Day

Okay, everyday is an 'all day with Mommy day' but today just felt more like a Mommy date day then all the rest. We started the day with hanging out at home, watching cartoons and having a scrumptious breakfast.

Daddy informed us that he would need to work late so we were on our own for the whole day and most if the night. We headed out to run some errands after lunch. 

The shopping center that we went to had a neat little set up with a sleigh...perfect for climbing on and taking pictures.

A nice lady walking by took our picture for us.

Sebastian got a Starbucks out of the deal...can't complain when he was so good at the store. 

At the grocery store he did pick a fight with the cart...came away with a black cheek! It's much more purple now, poor baby.

He played in boxes while I wrapped :) I always loved playing with boxes.

We finished up the evening with our nightly book.

For Jonathan's 5th day of Christmas, he was greeted in his car this morning with a bag and little note.

A whole bag of Take 5 candy bars! Also, I rounded up a picture of his mousepad with 4 pictures on it!

How could you not love looking at those faces everyday?!?

Symphony and Such

Today was a BUSY day!!! We were up early to prepare to accomplish many things.

Winnie tried to go back to bed but we made sure she didn't fit :)

It all started with a great breakfast: rice crispies with banana slices and a dash of sugar. Then some playing in the playroom, cartoons, and a snack while mommy vacuumed.

Then we headed to Pops' house where mommy mopped, all 7500 sq ft of it :( 

Someone made sure he brought his safety glasses! 

Then it was time to prep for day 6 of our 12 Days of Christmas! Jonathan was told this morning that we had a date with 6 surprises to begin at 4:45pm.

He got a tie to match his attire to for our date.

We also stopped for a drink :) 

It was an amazing date night!!! Thank you so much to Pops, Sam, Kamerin, Kate and Josh for babysitting!

I know you all will think me crazy but I missed these two so much all night!!!

Light Gawking and More

Well today Paisley took a step backward in her recovery, perhaps I jinxed myself with my last post! She was moody and needy today...her cough seems to have worsened...I know that can happen when the mucus starts to break up but it could also be her infection worsening so I am hoping for some improvements tomorrow!!! She slept a lot today which could be the reason it is 10:43pm and she is climbing all over me without an ounce of sleepiness in her, might be another long night!

These two were hilarious talking to each other in the crib this morning.

They have their own language for their own conversations...inseparable! 

We watched a few movies and ate some popcorn...Winnie was jealous (did I mention she is now 51 lbs and only 6 months old!) 

Ma! The bowl is empty!

The playdoh made its way back out...lots of messy fun!

Yay...I cut it in half!

We went light gawking again tonight...Sebastian loves it and gets very vocal every time he sees ANY lights! This house obviously wins for the most work!!!

Our book tradition continues...Paisley will start squealing if he begins to open the book without her right there next to him. She knows what is happening...

Jonathan got his 4th Day of Christmas from his true love this morning...I neglected to take a picture of it :( but it was secretly tucked away in his drawer with his keys and wallet. I surprised him again...love it! His gift was a mousepad for work with 4 beautiful pictures of his gorgeous babies on it! I will try to get a picture of it tomorrow to post.
