4 ozs Cream Cheese
8 ozs No Yolks Pasta (or alternative)
1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Milk (more for thinner sauce)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
1.) Cook Pasta according to package.
2.) In deep skillet, brown kielbasa and set aside.
3.) In same skillet, melt butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and Parmesan cheese stirring until melted.
4.) Season to taste with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. (Add more milk if thinner sauce is desired.)
5.) Add browned kielbasa into creamy sauce, add drained pasta and mix well. ENJOY!
